This service can be useful to clarify precise doubts or to obtain a second professional opinion on a concrete subject.

The procedure for precise consultations is the following one:

1.- Fill the form by clicking the “Consulting” option, choosing the subject of your consultation and writing it in the box. Try to write it clearly and concise to avoid interpretation doubts. Indicate your name and some means of contact (preferably e-mail). If you want the invoice of the service, please mark the corresponding option, and also mark if your are or not a self-employed person or a company. Then, click “send”.

2.- Next, at least at the nect working day, you will receive the budget of your consultation (including VAT) by e-mail or fax. If you agree, make a bank transfer to the current account specified in the e-mail or fax. If you marked the “I want invoice” option, we will ask you for your tax information.

3.- When we check the bank transfer, we send you the solution of your consultation, and the invoice (if that is the case), to your e-mail address in a period of 72 hours, excluding public holidays, except that your question require more studying time (in this last case, we will notify you at the budget e-mail).

Marking “Suggestion” you can also make suggestions about the web site, its contents, the service, etc. All the suggestions will be taken into account, and will be answered.
