Your company's annual accounts have to be submitted before the 25th of July of every year. We will provide you with monthly profit and loss accounts to enable you to monitor your budget, achieve your targets and avoid any nasty surprises at the end of the year. The Spanish annual accounts procedure is as follows:
Administrators meeting
The company administrators attend a meeting during which the annual accounts are reviewed and accepted. This meeting has to be registered in the "libro de actas".
Notarise accounts
Once the accounts have been accepted by the administrators of the company, they are signed by a notary. We will set up the notary appointment and accompany you to assist and translate.
Submit accounts to Company House (Registro Mercantil) Once the accounts have been notarized, they are submitted to the "Registro Mercantil". The accounts should include the current balance, annual profit and loss accounts, the "memoria" (detailed account of the year's activities) and the notary certificate.
